Processing and Delivery
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery is usually 3-8 business days after shipment for U.S. warehouse items. Items that require supplier transfer or special handling may take longer, and any longer estimate should be shown before checkout.
If an order includes items from more than one supplier or warehouse, the items may ship separately or may be consolidated before shipment when practical.
Exclusions and Surcharges
Large storage furniture, oversized organizers, remote-area deliveries, restricted, final-sale, or special-handling items may have a separate shipping charge or may be excluded from free shipping when carrier cost would exceed the normal allowance.
