All purchases are final for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or other buyer-remorse reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products.
Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact TidyCabinet within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.
After review, TidyCabinet will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement parts, a replacement product, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Return authorization
Do not return an item without authorization. If a physical return is required, we will provide the approved return instructions and address. Our corporate address is not a returns warehouse.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
