These Terms of Service govern your use of tidycabinet.com and purchases from TidyCabinet. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Store Use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with store operation, security, checkout, product data, or other customers' use of the site.

Product Information

We work to keep product titles, images, descriptions, prices, availability, shipping details, and return information accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse orders when information is inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, restricted, or affected by suspected fraud.

Orders and Payment

An order confirmation means we received your order request. It does not guarantee acceptance, inventory, shipment, or final availability. Payment must be authorized before shipment. Taxes, shipping, and other charges may be calculated at checkout.

Shipping and Returns

Eligible orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. Oversized, heavy, remote-area, restricted, final-sale, or special-handling items may have a separate shipping charge or may be excluded from free shipping as disclosed before checkout. Buyer-remorse returns are not accepted. Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Product Selection and Safety

Customers are responsible for choosing products appropriate for their home, installation environment, available space, and intended use. Review product dimensions, materials, power or fuel requirements, assembly or installation instructions, warnings, and care information before use. Product content is general commerce information and is not professional installation, electrical, plumbing, medical, or safety advice.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, layout, product curation, images we own, and written materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially reuse store content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. The version posted on the site applies when you use the site or place an order.
